Inspired Coaching offer a bespoke programme that is designed to increase levels of physical activity for older adults as well as being fun and stimulating.
The activities range from basic levels of inclusion and stimulation to more extensive levels of exercise based on the needs of the individuals taking part. It is designed with older adults in mind and is suitable for all abilities that have full mobility as well as those with poor or restricted mobility.
Our sessions are an enjoyable social activity that has been shown not only to provide increased levels of physical exercise but also the opportunity to improve coordination, cognition and general mental well- being. For many older people it is the social aspects of participatory sport and dance that are most valued and most important although the physical benefits are well recognised.
