Youngsters from across Europe were pleasantly surprised to have former England & West Ham striker Dean Ashton visit them on their recent Football course Inspired Coaching delivered in conjunction with International Linguistic company ‘Plus’.
Ashton, who was forced to retire during the peak of his career due to an injury he sustained whilst on International duty with England, joined the youngsters who had made the trip from Italy, France, Hungary amongst other countries, at Bedford University to hand out some certificates and trophies.
“It was great to see youngsters from various parts of Europe all coming together and enjoying the universal sport that is Football. The Inspired team did an excellent job in breaking down any language barriers, and in some ways reminded me of when Javier (Mascherano) and Carlo (Tevez) first arrived at West Ham. In the dressing room the language barrier was a real issue, however once we got the ball involved there was no such problem!” said Ashton.

Inspired Dance with Adelle Holiday Workshop.
Exciting routines incorporated into a fun, enjoyable week of dance and drama. For boys and girls ages 3 to 16. The week of learning and practice culminates with a vibrant show for parents, friends and grandparents on the Friday (5th).

Football Fun Week- Penkridge.

Time: 10am- 3pm.
Cost: £12 per day £50 for the week.

The New facilities are completed at the Broadway School and we are please to confirm that we will be running our very popular Multi-Sports course there for 5 weeks in the summer holidays!
The sessions will begin on the 25th July and will continue through to the 26th August, not including weekends. Dave Barrett who leads the course says, “The kids who have attended the courses here in the past have always thoroughly enjoyed them. With the brand new state of the art, 4G astro turf pitch, Dance studio, sports hall, etc, the course will be even better than usual. To have access to multi-million pound facilities for the cost of just £1 a day is tremendous.”

Inspired Coaching are pleased to confirm we will be running our hugely popular “Football Fun Week” again this coming half term!
Once again the course will be running from the Monckton, Pinfold Lane, Penkridge, Staffordshire. ST19 5DP. Our expert team of coaches will focus on all aspects of the game, from passing, dribbling, shooting, to small sided games. The main emphasis will be on all participants having fun in a relaxed enviroment, whilst developing their football skills.
Details are as follows:-
Age: 5- 13 years (Boys & Girls)
Time: 10am-3pm.
Cost: £12 per day or £40 for 5 days.
Requirements: Participants should wear warm, comfy sports kit, football boots or trainers (Please provide some trainers specifically for indoor use. i.e. Not dirty from using on the field.) Please bring along a packed lunch and drinks. Shinpads MUST be worn!
Inspired Coaching are pleased to announce they are delivering Football sessions specifically for children in Reception year at school!!!

The sessions will look at the fundamentals of football and will have a large emphasis on fun.
Coach Luke Oldham said, “We do a lot of after school clubs that cater for years 1 upwards. The ”Foundation Football” sessions will mean that children aged 4-5 will be playing with and against players of there own size and ability. There will be an element of Multi-Skills in our warm up, where we will be looking to develop participants Agility, Balance, and Co-ordination, then basic ball work, with lots of fun games”.
The sessions will be held at Penkridge Leisure Centre, Penkridge, Staffordshire, ST19 5RX, and will commence on Monday 17th November between 4-5pm and run weekly. All players should wear comfortable, warm sports clothing, bring along a drink, and must wear shin pads.
