Inspired Coaching was founded in 2007 by Richard Walker who lives in Stafford.  A former professional footballer, he now wishes to enrich children’s lives whilst encouraging a healthy lifestyle.

Inspired Coaching wishes to empower children to achieve their potential through sport.  Young people only spend 1/5th of their childhood at school, they therefore need positive experiences outside of the school day.

We know children succeed best when they are healthy, self-confident and well motivated.

INSPIRED COACHING WISHES TO EMPOWER CHILDREN TO ACHIEVE THEIR POTENTIAL THROUGH SPORT.  GIVING CHILDREN THE SUPPORT THEY NEED TO BE HEALTHY, STAY SAFE, ENJOY AND ACHIEVE WHILST MAKING A POSITIVE CONTRIBUTION TO SOCIETY.

We understand coaches can have a significant influence on how people chose to behave.  With this in mind we instill in our coaches how they are role models for those being coached.  They understand the importance of their behavior and the part they have to play in the lives of others at all times.   Our coaches appreciate the importance of the learning environment where children can try and develop skills, technique and game craft.  They recognise that making mistakes is a part of that learning process.

All our coaches are:

  • Level 2 & 3 qualified.
